The Nest is a Southern restaurant at 512 State Street in downtown Schenectady, in the former waiting room of the Schenectady Railway Company.
The kitchen serves Southern dishes with a modern twist, including buttermilk biscuits, grit tots, fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, jambalaya, fried chicken and chicken and waffles, along with weekend brunch and craft cocktails.
