Haru Japanese Steakhouse is a hibachi and sushi restaurant at 15 Old Gick Road, across from Walmart off Route 50. The address is Saratoga Springs but the building, a former Golden Corral, sits in the Town of Wilton. Owner Tehen Yu also runs Koto Japanese Restaurant in Colonie.
The menu follows the Koto formula: hibachi tables with the cooking done in front of the diners, a sushi bar, noodles, fried rice, meat dishes and bubble tea. Dine-in and takeout are both offered.
