The Saratoga City Tavern is a five-floor bar at 19-21 Caroline Street in downtown Saratoga Springs, across the street from Gaffney’s. Brothers Jason, Patrick and Adam Fitch have run the tavern since 2002 in an early-1900s building, with a different room and crowd on each floor and a rooftop bar on top.
The first floor pours about 73 drafts and hosts live music and a popular karaoke night, upper floors hold private event space, and the rooftop opens for the summer with views over Caroline Street and Congress Park. A mug club of more than 3,000 members keeps the regulars coming.
