About
The Community Hospice provides end-of-life care to residents of eight counties across more than 4,000 square miles of upstate New York, with a Saratoga Springs office at 179 Lawrence Street. The nonprofit cares for patients at home, in facilities and in its own residences.
The Community Hospice Foundation raises money for services insurance does not cover, including bereavement support for adults and children, the Camp Erin and Wave Riders grief weekends, massage, music and reiki therapy and end-of-life wishes.
