Tāng Dumplings

Tāng Dumplings is a Chinese restaurant at 46 Marion Avenue, Suite 1, in the Fresh Market Plaza on the north side of Saratoga Springs. The restaurant opened in September 2026 in the space that was a Smashburger, and it is the second location for a small chain whose first restaurant is near Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Dumplings are made to order in an open kitchen, with soup dumplings, fried dumplings and bao on the menu alongside fried rice, ramen and General Tso’s chicken. The dining room has table service, and takeout can be ordered through the restaurant’s website. A juice bar is part of the setup.

What to know

• The signature pork soup dumplings were $10 for six at opening, according to Saratoga TODAY.
• Seating is sit-down with table service; takeout and online ordering are also available.
• Parking is in the plaza lot shared with The Fresh Market.
• The owners plan a third location by the end of 2026.
