Regent Restaurant & Bar is the restaurant inside Brookmere Saratoga, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, at 500 Union Avenue in Saratoga Springs, on the former Longfellows property between downtown and Saratoga Lake. Hotel guests and the public can both dine there.

Executive chef Christopher Smith cooks seasonal New American food for breakfast, weekend brunch and dinner. Dinner plates include braised short rib, miso-glazed salmon and hanger steak with hand-cut fries, and the bar serves craft cocktails, local and craft beers, wine and a bar-bites menu.

What to know

Reservations are taken through OpenTable.
A private dining room is available for celebrations.
Outdoor tables on the Regent Porch are used in warmer months.
