Mama’s Pho House

Mama’s Pho House is a family-run Vietnamese restaurant at 1106 Ellsworth Blvd. in the Town of Malta, just off Route 9, in a space that once held a frozen yogurt shop.

Owner Nga “Cindy” Nguyen, known to customers as Mama, cooks pho in beef, chicken and vegetable broths, vermicelli bowls, rice plates, bún bò Huế, bún riêu, bò kho beef stew, egg rolls, spring rolls and wonton soup.
