Lakeside Farms is a cider mill, restaurant, country store and gift shop at 336 Schauber Road in Ballston Lake. Robert Pearce bought the farm in 1948 for its old barn and the cider press inside, a 120-ton screw-driven press built in the late 1880s.
The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, the mill presses cider and makes doughnuts in season, and the gift shop sells local goods; orders can be placed for pickup or delivery.
