Lago by Druthers is a lakeside restaurant from Druthers Brewing Company at 550 Union Avenue on Saratoga Lake. It took over the former 550 Waterfront space and reworked the room, concept and menu.
The menu is built around starters like calamari, beer cheese and a shrimp basket, plus wings, salads, sandwiches and specialty pizzas, with milkshakes and Key lime pie for dessert. The bar pours Druthers beer, frozen drinks and nonalcoholic options, according to WNYT.
