KOS is New York's first public floating sauna, on Saratoga Lake, inspired by Norway's fjord saunas and featuring a 15-person sauna, lake plunge, roof terrace, and drinking water from Saratoga's mineral springs.
What to know
- Social 90-minute sessions are $30, or $20 for members.
- Private group sessions are available.
- Members get two guest passes a month and monthly events.
- Ten percent of fees fund local biodiversity and habitat restoration.
