Innovo Kitchen is an American gastropub on Troy-Schenectady Road (Route 7) in Latham, in the Town of Colonie, run by chef John LaPosta and his partner, Tina Kruger.
The kitchen serves snacks and small plates, salads, burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs and sausages, pasta and big plates such as steak frites, lobster rolls and crispy-skin salmon, plus a kids menu and desserts. The bar mixes creative cocktails.
