Humpty Dumpty Ice Cream & Subs is a seasonal soft-serve stand at 70 West Avenue on the west side of Saratoga Springs, near the Amtrak station. The Jennings family has run the stand since 1968, and owners Brenda and Jason Jennings opened the 2026 season with prices held at 2025 levels, according to WNYT.
Vanilla, chocolate and twist are always on, two special flavors join the board each Friday, and a rotating dairy-free Dole Whip flavor changes weekly. Sundaes, flurries, thick shakes, floats and slushes round out the menu, and the food side is cold subs and hot dogs. Monday evenings in summer bring a classic car show to the lot, weather permitting.
