About
Active Ingredient Brewing Company, or AIBC, is a brewery and taproom at 2443 Route 9, Suite 301, in Sitwell Plaza in Malta, a short drive down Route 9 from Tree House Brewing. The brewery makes small-batch beers with a science theme, brewed in what the owners call an experimental brew hub, and runs a full kitchen.
The taproom has a large patio and a calendar of trivia nights, candle-making classes and holiday events, and the brewery openly invites Tree House visitors to stop in for a second round. Beer and gift cards can be bought online, and there is a rewards program for regulars.
