About
Harvest & Hearth is a wood-fired pizza restaurant at the Fish Creek Marina, 251-B County Route 67 (Stafford Bridge Road), with a Saratoga Springs mailing address east of the city. Owners Pete and Gina Michelin opened the restaurant in October 2008.
The kitchen bakes artisan pizza in a wood-burning oven with dough made from Saratoga spring water, and serves homemade soups, salads, dessert, beer and wine, with a bar list built around New York State and New England producers. Dine-in and take-out are offered.
What to know
- Reservations are taken by phone only and only for parties of six or more.
- The dining room and deck sit on Fish Creek, where crew teams row past, and service is dinner only.
