Saratoga Lake State Boat Launch

The Saratoga Lake State Boat Launch is a state-owned, hard-surface ramp off Union Avenue on the north shore of Saratoga Lake. It is the public way onto the lake for anyone trailering a boat.

The north end of the lake, around Fish Creek, is where most of the marinas and lakeside restaurants cluster, so the launch sits close to fuel, food and the calmer water of the creek. Anglers use it to reach walleye, bass, pike and tiger muskie.

• A New York State fishing license is required for anglers 16 and older.
