About
The Village of Hudson Falls is a Washington County village on the Hudson River across from Glens Falls, with Village Hall at 220 Main Street. Mayor John Barton leads a board of four trustees, and the village runs its own police, fire and public works departments.
The village site posts notices on taxes, street lighting and sidewalk maintenance, bus schedules and community events such as a pop-up car show at Moran-Derby Park, and remembers village history, including the September 11 attacks and firefighter Paul MacMurray, who died in the line of duty at the Parkview Hotel fire in 1994.
