About
Southern Adirondack Independent Living, SAIL, is a nonprofit independent living center with a Saratoga office at 3065 Route 50 in the Wilton Mall. For more than 35 years SAIL has helped people with disabilities live independently across 17 counties of the North Country and Capital Region.
Services include health insurance enrollment help for all ages, transition and waiver programs that help people leave or avoid nursing homes through Medicaid-funded options, advocacy and peer support. SAIL is consumer-controlled and serves people with all types of disabilities along with their families and caregivers.
