The Shoppes of Halfmoon is a retail plaza at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 146 in Halfmoon, about a half mile from Northway Exit 9, developed by Bruce Tanski Construction & Development. The main building is a multi-tenant retail strip of roughly 13,240 square feet with about 75 parking spaces at what Tanski calls one of the five busiest intersections in the Capital Region.
Tenants include Subway, Star Barber Shop, Sushi Thai, Red Lotus Salon and Computer Answers, with Rite Aid, KeyBank and Maui PlayCare in the larger plaza. Tanski has developed homes, apartments and commercial property in Halfmoon for more than 30 years and handles leasing inquiries and rent payments for the plaza online.
