The Sagamore Resort is a grand Adirondack resort on its own 70-acre Green Island at 110 Sagamore Road in Bolton Landing, connected to the mainland by a short bridge. Opened in 1883 and rebuilt after fires in 1893 and 1914, the hotel is an Opal Collection property and one of 31 resorts in that group.
Accommodations range from the historic main hotel to lakeside lodges, condominiums and the Wapanak Castle, with dining in several restaurants, an 18-hole Donald Ross golf course on the mainland, a spa, an indoor pool, tennis and lake cruises aboard the resort’s own boat. The resort runs sales such as an end-of-summer promotion of up to 25 percent off select dates through December 24, 2026.
