National Grid’s Glens Falls service center is at One Apollo Drive, the base for the utility’s electric and gas operations in the Glens Falls region. National Grid delivers electricity to most of upstate New York and natural gas to much of the Capital Region and North Country.
Customers manage accounts, report outages and pay bills through National Grid’s New York site, and the company runs energy efficiency programs and rebates for homes and businesses. The Apollo Drive site sits in a former industrial complex now owned by Phoenix Investors.
