Martha’s Dandee Cremewiches

Martha’s Dandee Creme is a seasonal soft-serve ice cream stand on Route 9 in Queensbury, directly across from the Great Escape, and a stop that generations of Lake George-bound families have built into the trip. The lines on summer nights are part of the experience.

The board runs to dozens of soft-serve flavors made on site, with a rotating lineup posted daily, plus sundaes, shakes, ice cream cakes and the Cremewiches that give the listing its name. A grill window sells burgers, hot dogs and other summer food, and Martha’s fields regular requests for charitable donations from local groups.
