Alpin Haus is a family-owned outdoor recreation retailer whose Clifton Park store sells skis, snowboards and pools. Friends and business partners Bud Heck and John Daly founded the company in Amsterdam in 1964, and the family now runs seven locations across upstate New York and New Jersey selling RVs, boats, snowmobiles, ski gear, pools, hot tubs and patio furniture.
The Clifton Park store handles ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, rentals and seasonal leasing, tuning services, and above-ground and in-ground pools, hot tubs and pool service. The company’s Saratoga location, by contrast, is an RV dealership.
