About
Harvey’s Restaurant & Bar is an Irish-American pub at 14 Phila Street, right off Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs. The address has held an Irish pub for decades, including the Original Saratoga Brew Pub, O’Callaghan’s and Irish Times, and became Harvey’s in 2014; executive chef Adam Humphrey and general manager Matthew Bagley became co-owners in 2017.
The menu mixes Irish staples with American bar food: shepherd’s pie, fish and chips, steak and chips, steak tacos, burgers and wings. The building has two bars and three patio areas, including a rooftop terrace, plus a private side room and an upstairs event space called The Library.
