Druthers Brewing Company’s Saratoga Springs brewpub is at 381 Broadway in the Broadway Historic District downtown, set about 120 feet back from the street behind an iron gate. Built in 2012, this was the company’s first brewpub, and Druthers has since added locations in Albany, Schenectady and Clifton Park plus Lago by Druthers on Saratoga Lake and Blackbirds Tavern.
Beer is brewed on site and the food menu is built around comfort food, including hand-tossed pizzas and burgers. The courtyard patio fills on summer nights, and the company runs a Mug Club and a Toasting Society newsletter for regulars.
